Paddle boarding, just like any sport takes time to get good at. You most likely are not going to be the best paddle boarder on your first try. Unless you the paddle board gods blessed you with the amazing power to automatically know how to stand up paddle board. But for the rest of you that were not gifted these powers you are going to need to put in the work to learn how to stand up paddle board. If you are new to stand up paddle boarding it’s going to be difficult at first. You are going to have to learn how to balance your body on the board and learn to paddle up and down water. Once you get the hang of it, it is not going to feel as hard as when you first started.
The key is to be consistent and do not give up if you fall off. Oh yes, you are going to fall off this is going to happen more times than you are going to want. But, the rule is that if you fall off you get right back up! Everyone is going to fall of the paddle board even the most experienced paddlers fall off their boards so never feel discouraged. You will get better! If you are dedicated and motivated and having fun along as well you are set! Anything you try out for the first time is going to challenge you!
